Registered Veterinary Nurse

What an exciting time at Mayow Veterinary Surgery - we are looking for another Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our wonderful team in South East London. 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a RVN role in a busy, first opinion GP surgery. Ideally you will enjoy clinical coaching and supporting student nurses and be passionate about animal care, and working alongside our fantastic team of Nurses, Vets, VCAs and Receptionists here at Mayow Vets. 
 
We see a really good caseload here, there's a big surgical caseload with orthopaedic cases and a great Medicine caseload too. We are a busy clinic and see a good variety of cases including ECC. We have some fantastic equipment and are always evolving!
 
This is a 3 Vet clinic with a really strong team and a customer service manager that oversees all 3 practices in the region (Mayow, Parish Lane & Peckham). We have 8 Receptionists that work between the 3 sites, a HRVN, 2 RVNs, an SVN about to qualify, 3 SVNs, and a couple of VCAs too! We have two Senior Vets here at Mayow - a Surgery Certificate Holder and a Vet who loves all lives Medicine & Dermatology! 
 
The Mayow clinic is located in a really nice area - doesn't feel too much like London but is super close to Crystal Palace and not too far from London Bridge. We are quite close to the Kent border and there area loads of local schools with lots of choice nearby. You will also spend time at our two other practices in this region, Parish Lane Vets & Peckham Veterinary Surgery - Parish Lane is a sole charge practice, and Peckham is a purpose built, fast-growing new practice.
 
The train station is only a few minutes walk from the practice and there area good bus links nearby too.
 
We are part of an independent group of surgeries in Kent, Surrey and London. As well as being part of an amazing friendly, professional independent team you will benefit from a salary of Up to £34,000 Depending on Experience.
